Pork Rub

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Paprika
  • 1 Tbls. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbls. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tbls. Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbls. Celery Salt
  • 1 Tbls. MSG
  • 1 Tbls. Cumin
  • 2 Tbls.  Sage
  • 1/2 Tsp, Ceyenne Pepper
Glue for rub
  • 3  Tbls. Yellow Mustard
  • 11/2 Tbls. Clove Honey
Combine yellow mustard and clove honey in small bowl. Rub honey mustard glue all over pork then cover pork generously with pork rub. Place pork on smoker or grill and enjoy.
